Drop into any of the following classes at your convenience.  We supply yoga mats, blankets, straps, blocks, hand towels, tea and water during your class.  If you are attending your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork and tour The Joyful Living Center (www.MyJoyfulLife.com)!

TuesdayAdvanced Beginner/Intermediate Yoga 9-10 a.m.

You will love this class if you are already familiar with yoga poses & sun salutations!  Let’s have fun flowing together!

WednesdayBeginner Yoga 9-10 a.m.

If you are new to yoga, or if you want to hang out in poses to enjoy their treasures, join us on Wednesday evenings!  Students should be able to lunge comfortably and move from sitting to standing easily!

WednesdayYoga for Magnificent Teachers 4:15 to 5:15 p.m.

Attention teachers!  Join us on Wednesday afternoons to practice yoga in an informal setting so you have an opportunity to learn the detail behind yoga’s poses and ask questions. The first two weeks (September 3 & 10) will be restorative to help you infuse your body with energy and joy at the beginning of the school year.   Increase your sense of body awareness and control!  Students who have a little difficulty in lunge or moving from sitting to standing will feel comfortable in this class.

Thursday:  Mixed Level Yoga 6:15-7:15 p.m.

Come hang out in poses to enjoy their treasures!  Students should be able to lunge comfortably and move from sitting to standing easily!

FridayYoga for Magnificent Women over 40 9-10 a.m.

If you are a Magnificent Woman looking for a slower, informal class that provides pose detail and explanation, you will enjoy this class.   You will develop an incredible sense of body awareness and control!  Students who have a little difficulty in lunge or moving from sitting to standing will feel comfortable in this class.  We laugh a lot!

Tricia’s approach to teaching yoga:  My students enjoy quite a bit of detail while they are practicing poses so they feel strengthening, lengthening, opening, breath, and energy movement in each pose.  “I promise to help you feel comfortable in the studio.  I promise to provide you with props and alignment techniques to help you feel comfortable in the poses.  Let’s have fun practicing yoga together!”  Tricia
