Directions: From I-94, Exit off of Hwy. T going south to Silvernail Drive. On Silvernail, turn Right/West & proceed 1/2 a mile to the Silvernail Village Complex. We are located on the south/back side of the building with the butterfly on the door.
About the Instructor: 414.520.5715 Tricia Engelking, Registered Yoga Teacher, received her 200-hour certification from Yoga Alliance in January 2006 after completing her training with Integrative Yoga Therapy in 2005 (www.iytyogatherapy.com).

- Studied with Scott Blossom, Karl Straub, Chandra Easton, and Alanna Kaivalya, John Friend, and Christy Burnette.
